Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please check your package for any leakage, breakage, or incorrect flavors that may have occurred during transit.
Document Issues
Take clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping label on the outside of the box to help us process your claim faster.
Contact Support
Email our customer experience team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos of the damaged items.
Receive Resolution
Once your claim is verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement package at no extra cost.
